these online workshops are an extension of the NEO FUSION PATTERNS online program. During the online sessions we will put together the Movement Cards we explored to build a fluid and continuous movement sequence. During each Waves of the online program (3 months), we are breaking down at least 20 movements cards. 1st wave : OCT-NOV-DEC 2nd wave : JAN-FEB-MAR 3rd wave : APR-MAY-JUN I’ve decided to propose these extra sessions to put together the movement trajectories we explored to create 3 movement sequences, 1 for each waves. + You can book the 3 Workshops. Or you can select the one that will be more convenient for you. + Remember, you’ll receive the recordings if you can’t participate live. So you can enjoy the class at your own pace. + These workshops are open for everyone, no dance background required, since the sequence will be adaptable and fluid.
