Payment Details: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit will be deducted from the total retreat cost. • Full payment must be made at the first day of the retreat in cash. What’s Included in the Price: • More than 15 hours of immersive movement sessions with Illan Rivière. • Accommodation in comfortable shared bedrooms at the retreat center. • Healthy, nourishing meals tailored to individual dietary needs. • Transportation from the nearest train station to the retreat center on arrival (May 22) and departure (May 26). Cancellation Policy: • If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, 100% of all payments (including the deposit) will be refunded. or used as a credit for other offerings or future event depending on the participant choice and collaboration. • If the participant cancels their reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. Travel and Insurance: Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Spain and purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including personal health issues, delays, or cancellations if needed.
