A reunion of creative souls, movers, dancers, and seekers who feel called to explore movement not only as technique, but as a language of presence, a path of awakening, and a force that unites us. Each morning, we dive into the six phases of the One Movement physical philosophy — Feel, Follow, Manipulate, Transform, Create, Become — through embodied practice, fluid motion, and conscious exploration. Afternoons open into a rich field of offerings: guest facilitators, somatic journeys, creative workshops, nature connection, and reflective or playful spaces to recharge. A chill-out area, small pop-up shop, creative corner, and optional sessions (photos, tattoos, one-on-one oracle readings) support a sense of community flow. Evenings offer gentle rituals, creative moments, improvised spaces, and shared presence. This retreat is a homecoming — an immersion into creativity, movement, nature, and togetherness.
