The ONE MOVEMENT retreat will take place in Mas Llaneta, in the mountains of Alcover, Catalunya, a old place build by a community of dreamers, surrounded by abundant nature and peaceful landscapes. It’s going to be 1 week immersion facilitated by Illan Riviere. We will hold a secure space of self discovery, cultivation, experiments, and provide a creative and playful sense of connectedness and oneness, from the core of our bodies. We’re going to explore the principal keys of ONE MOVEMENT METHOD, developed for creatives, dancers, and movement lovers. We’re going to play with the fundamentals of this philosophy to enhance our movement perceptions and connect to the dance from the purest form of expression. The process will be supported and nourish through exercices, movement tools and material from the NEO FUSION dance style and the infinite textures and qualities it contains.
The movement sessions will take place in the mornings and in the afternoons, with calm times in between for the participant to enjoy the natural landscape and relax, and free evenings with optional flow activities to connect and share together, based on the group energy, desires and wishes.
